Preview Roundups
February 05, 2018
Anaheim at Toronto 7:00 PM ET
After having their winning streak halted last time out, the Toronto Maple Leafs attempt to start a new one when they begin a five-game homestand Monday against the Anaheim Ducks. Toronto dropped a 4-1 decision in Boston on Saturday, ending a string of four straight victories during which it scored a total of 16 goals.
Nashville at NY Islanders 7:00 PM ET
After ending January with a rare regulation loss, the Nashville Predators have begun the new month with a pair of impressive victories. Nashville looks to make it three in a row - but will have to do so without Filip Forsberg - when it kicks off a four-game, six-day road trip Monday against the New York Islanders.
NY Rangers at Dallas 8:30 PM ET
The New York Rangers attempt to snap out of their funk and remain close in the race for the postseason in the Eastern Conference when they visit the Dallas Stars on Monday. New York is within reach of both a wild card and one of the three playoff berths in the Metropolitan Division despite having lost five of its last six games.
Tampa Bay at Edmonton 9:00 PM ET
The Tampa Bay Lightning complete a stretch of eight straight road games that has spanned almost three weeks when they visit the Edmonton Oilers on Monday. The Lightning, who lead the league in points (75), are 5-2-0 on the trip that has sandwiched the All-Star break after knocking off Vancouver 4-2 on Saturday as Andrei Vasilevskiy notched his NHL-best 31st victory.
