Preview Roundups
November 30, 2017
Cleveland at Atlanta 7:30 PM ET
LeBron James is in the 15th season of a career that will finish in the Hall of Fame but still manages to find ways to do things he's never done in the NBA. The Cleveland Cavaliers expect to have James back on the court on Thursday when they visit the Atlanta Hawks after he was hit with his first career ejection on Tuesday.
Philadelphia at Boston 7:30 PM ET
The Boston Celtics began a long homestand with a thud but will try to bounce back from the rare loss when they host the rival Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday. Three contests after their 16-game winning streak came to an end, the Celtics' eight-game run at home was halted with Monday's 118-108 loss to Detroit, which kicked off their five-game stretch at TD Garden.
Chicago at Denver 9:00 PM ET
The Denver Nuggets seem to struggle on the road but are winners of five straight at home and will begin a two-game homestand by hosting the NBA-worst Chicago Bulls on Thursday. The Nuggets could use a home game against a lowly opponent after getting blown out 106-77 at Utah on Tuesday.
Milwaukee at Portland 10:00 PM ET
The Milwaukee Bucks are still trying to find consistency at both ends of the floor but put together one of their best performances in a 112-87 win at Sacramento on Tuesday. The Bucks will try to clinch a winning four-game road trip when they visit the Portland Trail Blazers in the finale on Thursday.
Utah at L.A. Clippers 10:30 PM ET
The Los Angeles Clippers were just starting to pull out of a funk and string together some wins when star forward Blake Griffin went down on Monday with a knee injury. The Clippers will be without the services of their leading scorer when they host the Utah Jazz on Thursday.
