Chicago at L.A. Clippers 3:30 PM ET
The Los Angeles Clippers and the Chicago Bulls are two of the more active teams ahead of the trade deadline, and both appear to be setting themselves up for the future. The Clippers will be trying to earn their first win since trading away Blake Griffin when they host the Bulls on Saturday.
Miami at Detroit 7:00 PM ET
The Blake Griffin era got off to a good start for the Detroit Pistons, who seek their third straight win and second in a row since acquiring the star power forward when they host the Miami Heat on Saturday. Griffin, traded from the Los Angeles Clippers earlier in the week, had 24 points, 10 rebounds and five assists to help the Pistons top Memphis 104-102 on Thursday.
Philadelphia at Indiana 7:00 PM ET
The Philadelphia 76ers are planning to play All-Star center Joel Embiid in the second half of a back-to-back for the first time when they visit the Indiana Pacers on Saturday. The oft-injured Embiid has yet to appear in consecutive days in his career but expects to put that pattern to an end after helping the 76ers to a 103-97 win over Miami at home Friday night.
Washington at Orlando 7:00 PM ET
The Washington Wizards have not missed a beat since losing All-Star point guard John Wall to a knee injury thanks to the superb play of fellow All-Star Bradley Beal. The Wizards will try to ride Beal's hot shooting touch to a fourth consecutive win when they visit the Orlando Magic on Saturday.
Houston at Cleveland 8:30 PM ET
Speculation over what LeBron James will do in free agency this summer is beginning to overshadow what the Cleveland Cavaliers are trying to accomplish this season. James will try to bring the focus back to the court when the Cavaliers face a big test while hosting the Houston Rockets on Saturday.
New Orleans at Minnesota 9:00 PM ET
The Minnesota Timberwolves look to continue their longest home winning streak in 14 years when they host the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday. A 108-89 victory over Milwaukee on Thursday gave the Timberwolves 11 straight victories at the Target Center, three shy of a run accompished during the 2003-04 season.
Utah at San Antonio 9:00 PM ET
LaMarcus Aldridge continues to shine in his redemption season and looks for another strong outing when the San Antonio Spurs seek their fifth win in seven games by hosting the streaking Utah Jazz on Saturday. Aldridge's first two seasons with the Spurs were disappointing but he has bounced back with team-best averages of 22.3 points and 8.5 rebounds to make his sixth All-Star team.
Golden State at Denver 9:00 PM ET
The Golden State Warriors are looking to post another winning road trip but face difficult circumstances when they visit the Denver Nuggets on Saturday. While Denver was resting Friday, the Warriors were posting a 119-104 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Friday night before hopping on a plane and the team was slated to arrive in the high altitude of Denver after 3:30 a.m. MT.
Dallas at Sacramento 10:00 PM ET
The two worst teams in the Western Conference square off Saturday when the Dallas Mavericks visit the Sacramento Kings. Dallas owns the worst record after five consecutive defeats and also has struggled recently against the Kings by dropping six of the past eight meetings.
