Atlanta at Chi. Cubs 2:20 PM ET
The Chicago Cubs paced the majors in ERA during their world championship season in 2016, and that same kind of pitching is helping the National League Central leaders begin to pull away from the pack in the division. LA Dodgers at San Diego 3:40 PM ET
The Los Angeles Dodgers have ended their season-worst slide and look to add two wins to their major league-best total when they visit the San Diego Padres for a doubleheader on Saturday. St. Louis at San Francisco 4:05 PM ET
After a sluggish first half, Brandon Crawford is reminding everyone why the San Francisco Giants considered the dynamic shortstop untouchable at the July 31 trade deadline. Kansas City at Minnesota 7:10 PM ET
The Kansas City Royals posted a crucial victory in the series opener and look to add another win when they visit the Minnesota Twins on Saturday in the middle contest of a three-game set. Philadelphia at Miami 7:10 PM ET
The Miami Marlins will try to stop an ill-timed five-game losing streak when they host the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday in the third of a four-game series. Washington at Milwaukee 7:10 PM ET

Tampa Bay at Chi. White Sox 7:10 PM ET
Logan Morrison keeps hitting home runs and his Tampa Bay Rays have a chance to clinch a fourth consecutive series victory when they visit the American League-worst Chicago White Sox on Saturday.
