Connor Bazelak passed for 406 yards and four touchdowns and Missouri used a last-minute goal-line stand to upset No. 17 LSU 45-41 in a Southeastern Conference game on Saturday afternoon in Columbia, Mo.

Bazelak threw a 69-yard completion to Chance Luper to set up a 5-yard touchdown pass to Niko Hea to give Missouri (1-2, 1-2 SEC) the winning points with 5:18 left.

LSU (1-2, 1-2) drove to a first-and-goal at the 1 but gained no yards on two rushes and threw two incompletions, turning the ball back over on downs with 16 seconds left.

Myles Brennan completed 29 of 48 passes for 430 yards and four touchdowns for LSU, which did not convert any of its 10 third-down opportunities.

Terrace Marshall Jr. caught 11 passes for 235 yards and three touchdowns for LSU. He has caught seven of Brennan's 14 touchdown passes this season.

The game was moved from Baton Rouge, La., midweek because of the threat from Hurricane Delta.

LSU took advantage of a fumble recovery on Missouri's first play of the third quarter as Tyrion Davis-Price ran 1 yards for a touchdown that broke a 24-all halftime tie.

On the ensuing possession, Bazelak threw a 41-yard touchdown pass to Micah Wilson to knot the game again at 31, but the tie didn't last long. On the first play after the kickoff, Brennan and Marshall teamed on a 75-yard touchdown pass and a 38-31 LSU lead.

Missouri tied the score later in the quarter on a 21-yard touchdown pass from Bazelak to Tyler Badie.

Cade York's 51-yard field goal as time expired gave LSU a 41-38 lead at the end of the third quarter.

Missouri took a 7-0 lead on the first possession when Bazelak threw a 58-yard touchdown pass to Tauskie Dove.

LSU responded on its first possession as Brennan threw a 6-yard score to Marshall.

After Missouri failed on a faked punt, Brennan drove LSU to a 2-yard touchdown pass to Marshall for a 14-7 lead.

Badie ran 29 yards for a Missouri touchdown that tied the score at the end of the first quarter.

Brennan and Arik Gilbert teamed on a 25-yard touchdown and York kicked a 42-yard field goal for a 24-14 lead early in the second quarter.

Jalen Knox ran 16 yards for a touchdown and Harrison Mevis kicked a 52-yard field to pull Missouri even at halftime.
