Filip Petrusev scored 22 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, Drew Timme made the go-ahead free throw, and No. 8 Gonzaga held off No. 11 Oregon in overtime on Thursday, 73-72, to advance to face Michigan in Friday's Battle 4 Atlantis championship.

Gonzaga (8-0) jumped to a 17-point lead early with a variety of baskets and a stingy defense, but Oregon rallied to take a second-half lead. A pair of Corey Kispert 3-pointers, including one set up by an assist out of a double-team in the post from Petrusev, put the Bulldogs back ahead by five points with a minute left in regulation.

But Oregon (6-1), which rallied from a 19-point deficit in the second on Wednesday against No. 13 Seton Hall, battled back again. Payton Pritchard scored 17 points, including a critical 3-pointer in the final minute, and Chris Duarte scored two of his 16 points on the game-tying free throws with seven seconds left to force overtime.

The Ducks scored the first four points of overtime, but Petrusev then scored four consecutive. Timme made one of two free throws with 20 seconds left, and Petrusev contested Pritchard's last-second attempt to win it.

Gonzaga shot 16 of 20 from the foul line on the afternoon, which made a key difference on a day that the Bulldogs made only 33.8 percent of their attempts from the floor.

Kispert scored 17 points, including five 3-pointers. After ripping off 11 points in the game's early going, went scoreless until his critical 3-pointers late in regulation. Joel Ayayi added 13 points for Gonzaga, and the last of his five rebounds was a crucial board that led to the game-winning possession.

Although not quite as dramatic as its comeback on Wednesday, Oregon had to overcome plenty of adversity to force overtime Thursday. The Ducks shot just 8-of-28 from behind the 3-point line, including 3-of-13 in the second half.

With the loss, Oregon faces No. 6-ranked North Carolina in Friday's third-place game.
