Northwestern 63, Brown 42: Sophomore guard Dave Sobolewski scored 14 points to lead the host Wildcats past the Bears.

Sobolewski added eight assists for Northwestern (9-4), which saw each starter hit at least two 3-pointers. The Wildcats finished 13-of-24 beyond the arc.

Brown (3-6) trailed 28-18 at the half after Northwestern opened the game on a 15-0 run.

Sean McGonagill shot 7-for-13 from the field to lead all scorers with 20 points and was the only Bear to finish in double figures.

Northwestern's bench outscored Brown’s reserves 15-4 while the Wildcats collected assists on 21 of their 23 field goals.
