The Huskies buried San Francisco with a 12-1 run to start the second half, including the first 10 scored by junior point guard Isaiah Thomas, who finished with 12 points and five assists.

Suggs hit was 6 for 7 from the field and made all three of his 3-point shots. Joining Suggs and Thomas in double figures were Matthew Bryan-Amaning with 10 points and a game-high nine rebounds, and Abdul Gaddy, who had 10 points and a game-high seven assists.

Washington’s 80 points were the fewest in a victory this season. The Huskies entered the game averaging 91.8 points per game, third highest in the nation.

Washington was also third in the NCAA in 3-pointers made per game (10.3) and 3-point field goal percentage (45.4), but made only 6 for 26 from beyond the arc (23.1 percent).
