The visiting Oklahoma City Thunder gave the Utah Jazz a little taste of their own medicine.

Behind their two stars, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, as well as young center Serge Ibaka, the Thunder rallied from an early double-digit deficit, pulled ahead by 11 and then held off a wild rally by Deron Williams and the Jazz in a 115-108 victory on Monday night.

Williams had 31 points and 11 assists and Paul Millsap added 20 points for the Jazz, who had rallied from double-digit deficits in their last five games, including a four-game road sweep against the Southeast Division.

Durant scored 15 of his 30 points in the first quarter to hold off a Williams onslaught that saw the young point guard hit three 3-points in the first three minutes and put up 16 in the first quarter.

Ibaka added 20 in the middle two periods as the Thunder went ahead by 11 points and Westbrook punched in 20 of his 22 in the second half. He scored the first 10 points of the fourth as Utah closed within two multiple times, and his left-wing jumper with 1:15 left provided a 109-104 lead. Westbrook played just eight minutes in the first half due to foul trouble.

Williams countered with a jumper and with their only possession of the fourth with a chance to tie, Andrei Kirilenko was forced into an off-balance shot in the lane that didn’t draw iron.

Oklahoma City, which was blasted 120-99 by Utah on Oct. 31, shot 33-of-34 from the line.
