Brandon Jennings scored 25 points and Carlos Delfino's 3-pointer late in the fourth quarter put Milwaukee ahead for good, leading the Bucks to a 104-98 win over Toronto on Tuesday night.

Milwaukee (30-44) remains three games behind Indiana for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. The teams meet Friday night in Indianapolis. Milwaukee, which is 10th in the conference, trails ninth-place Charlotte by two games.

Toronto (20-54) has lost five straight. Andrea Bargnani led the Raptors with 22 points while DeMar DeRozan and Leandro Barbosa added 20 and 18, respectively.

The Bucks, who couldn't hold fourth-quarter leads in losing their last two games, made clutch plays for the critical road win. Delfino's 3-pointer with 4:13 remaining gave Milwaukee a 90-88 lead. Drew Gooden, who scored 22 points with 11 rebounds off the bench, hit six points down the stretch, including a jumper from the corner that put the Bucks ahead 98-92 with 43.3 secoinds remaining.

Delfino scored 14 points, including four 3-pointers, while Andrew Bogut added 17 points and 10 rebounds.

Jose Calderon scored 13 points for Toronto, but left the game in the third quarter with a sprained ankle.
